Intervals that follow your pulse.

Zonory is an interval timer that ends a phase when your heart rate reaches the target — or after the time you set. Voice cues, sounds and a Live Activity guide you, even with the screen locked. Works with chest straps, armbands and many watches. No Apple Watch required.

Coming soon to the App Store

How it works

1

Set up your profile — age, resting and maximum heart rate. Zonory calculates five zones with the Karvonen method and suggests two plans that fit your fitness level.

2

Choose or build a plan — combine phases with a duration and a target zone. Three modes decide when a phase ends: after the time, when the target is reached, or a countdown once you are in the zone.

3

Train with your pulse — the screen can stay locked. Voice cues announce the phase, your zone and what comes next; the Live Activity keeps time and heart rate in view.

Why Zonory

Your pulse sets the pace

Phases can wait for your heart rate: recover until you drop back into the target, then go. No clock-watching mid-interval.

Zones without guesswork

Z1 to Z5 from your resting and maximum heart rate, updated when your profile changes. Two ready-made plans on first launch.

Any standard sensor

Chest straps and armbands work out of the box. Many watches broadcast too. Apple Watch works through its own app.

Screen locked, training running

Voice cues, sounds and a Live Activity keep you informed with the iPhone in your pocket or the display off.

One workout in Fitness

At the end, Zonory writes a single workout with heart rate and active energy to Apple Health — only when you tap Save.

Private by design

No account, no server, no analytics. Plans, workouts and your profile stay on your iPhone.

Which heart rate sensors work?

Zonory uses the standard Bluetooth Low Energy heart rate profile. If a device broadcasts it, Zonory can use it as a live pulse source.

Works directly

Chest straps and armbands from Polar, Garmin, Wahoo, Coros and other manufacturers. Pairing happens inside Zonory, not in the iOS Bluetooth settings.

Broadcast mode

Garmin, Polar, Coros and Suunto watches, WHOOP, newer Fitbits and Pixel Watch 2 or newer. Turn on heart rate broadcasting or sharing first.

Not a live source

Oura rings and older Fitbits do not broadcast heart rate. Apple Watch does not use Bluetooth here: Zonory's watch app records the workout and sends the pulse to the iPhone.

One sensor at a time. If a strap is already connected to a watch or another app, disconnect it there first. Some devices only advertise while their broadcast mode is active. More in the help section.

Your training data stays on your iPhone

Zonory has no account and no server. Health access fills in your profile and saves a workout when you ask for it. There is no tracking, no advertising and no third-party analytics. Read the privacy policy.

Zonory is not a medical device. Intense training puts strain on your heart and circulation. If you have a medical condition or take medication, check with a doctor first.
